The academy is located in a sports complex in the city of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The sports complex comprises of two full-fledged basketball courts, 5 indoor shuttle/badminton courts and 6 outdoor clay tennis courts. The tennis courts have a viewing gallery to watch the sport being played as well. An inter-academy tournament is conducted in the last weekend of every month to help players see were they stand and how much they need to improve.
The academy has four key points of focus as shown below. The players are categorised based on their level. Initially they are coached and are made to play with players of the same level and then are given necessary training to help them get to the next level.

The academy emphasizes a lot on the fitness of the players to help make them a complete player. The beginners and kids are given a lot of fun drills and games to keep them entertained and the intermediate and advanced players are made to do mediocre and tougher drills.
