Bhaichung Bhutia Football Schools is an exciting initiative by India's longest serving football captain - Bhaichung Bhutia. BBFS currently offers football coaching through 72 training centres across the country in 21 cities to 3200+ kids between the ages of 5 and 17. BBFS has ambitious plans to open similar training centres all across India. BBFS aims to provide a platform to nurture talent within grassroots & youth football to players and coaches through in-house training & development programs designed & executed by qualified Indian football coaches and instructors in consultation with resident European instructors. BBFS is a 4-star rated academy by the AIFF (All India Football Federation) under the academy accreditation program and participates in all (U13, U15 & U18) AIFF Youth Leagues. We see BBFS as the first step for interested school kids becoming professional footballers and by leveraging Bhaichung's leadership, experience and network, plan to provide the complete path to an amateur towards becoming a successful professional footballer. BBFS is working towards creating a complete ecosystem for player development through its regular training centers, advanced training centers (development squads & youth league squads), residential academy & professional club affiliations.
