DKS cricket academy visualizes to instill the sporting culture into the people by making Cricket an important and sustainable tool for holistic way of life. The Club dreams of social integration of deprived and marginalized and hence have extended all kind of support for the Kids and Youth who are talented, whereby the Coaching fees are waived and cricket gears are provided to talented youngsters from time to time. Today, DKS cricket coaching camps is acknowledged as one of the best cricket coaching camps in Kolkata. There is a regular talent hunt through which talented cricketers are sent to different Second Division teams to provide exposure so that they can represent the DKS cricket team in the First Division from time to time. All these have helped DKS to play at various levels of CAB at Under 13, Under 15 and Under 18 levels.
