About
SportyKid is a new startup commenced in 2018 in our quest to help all children benefit from sport and physical activity. Our scientifically designed training program runs currently at 2 locations across Kolkata. Our research backed sports curriculum teaches children the fundamentals of 6 popular sports (Soccer, Hockey, Volleyball, Basketball, Cricket and Badminton) in a social, non-competitive, team-based environment.
SportyKid emphasizes on taking part in all the games instead of winning the game. It’s not really the win or the loss, it’s only the participation which we emphasize on. We promote the knowledge about nutrition and hygiene also.
Our Vision and Mission
Our aim is not only to teach the sport but to make the child’s first introduction to sport in a exciting and memorable way. We are passionate about giving children, through sport, a solid foundation from which to develop many aspects of their lives. As well as physical improvements, we carefully develop life skills, such as confidence, concentration, social interaction, sportsmanship values and many more, in a caring and fun environment.
