Shivaji Ganguly's Academy mind & body was established by legendary Martial Artist Shihan Shivaji Ganguly in the year 1980. Then it was called Indian Oyama Karate Do Kyokushinkaikan. In the year 2016 it was renamed by Mr. Shibayan Ganguly in Shihan Shivaji Ganguly's honour as Shivaji Ganguly's Academy Mind & body. It was primarily an academy for Kyokushin Karate but now many other forms of Martial Arts are getting introduced. Recently Kalahi Filipino Martial Arts Classes have started along with Mixed Martial Arts classes. We have both outdoor and indoor training facilities now and we have many branches all over Kolkata. Moreover we have an excellent team of dedicated Full time Instructors. Our main aim is to deliver Martial Arts training in such a way that a student learning from our academy can stand for himself or herself strongly and boldly in times of crisis. For all these years we have held the beacon of true Martial Spirit high and created true champions and warriors . In future also we will continue this practice.
