Shree Chess Academy was started in early 2014, with the intent of making high quality chess tutoring affordable to deserving students. The scarcity of a good chess school in South Bangalore added fuel to our founders desire of starting the academy. Bottom line was to create an atmosphere that is friendly, creative & exciting without compromising on the quality. We at SCA, believe 'Grand Masters are not born, every great chess player has to work hard to improve his game'. With the right guidance, time and effort anyone can become a great chess player. Subasri, the brain behind the academy, started the academy owing to her passion for the game, tutoring and mentoring. After successfully completing 1 year, and 50+ students, she believes the journey has begun in the right earnest and miles to go!! Our objective is to create great chess players from Bangalore, and for all you know, your child could be the chosen ONE!!
